The DAL Group Graduate Development Program selects fourteen graduates from between more than 900 applicants after extensive psychometric and competency tests. These candidates then undergo a specially designed two year training programme exposing them to a variety of businesses and roles across the Group, after which they are offered permanent positions based on their competency and performance. Many of DAL’s current leaders are a product of the Graduate Programme, and we believe that it is one of the best ways we can contribute to youth employment.
