DAL Food’s most recent innovation, sorghum flour, under the Zadna brand, is a significant development for commercially milled sorghum flour on an industrial scale.
Sayga has always played a pivotal role in Sudan’s food industry, and in 2001 was awarded the ISO 9001:2000 certification. In 2009, it became the first Sudanese company to receive HACCP accreditation – an internationally recognised food safety certification system – for its pasta plant.
