The history of DAL Medical is a tale of success for the DAL Group. Established from humble beginnings in a small office with just four employees, today DAL Medical offers an extensive range of healthcare products, equipment and services to Sudan’s fast-growing health care market from our impressive portfolio of international pharmaceutical brands.

DAL Medical was the distribution center for Alliance (previously known as Unigreg). In 1999 Two years after launch, DAL Medical sets up a vet veterinary division after partnering with Schering-Plough who specialise in animal medication. DAL Medical becomes the distributor for Wockhardt (previously known as CP Pharmaceuticals).

In the period 2000 through 2008 DAL Medical acquired the distribution rights for SPIMACO, Roche, Agrovet and Alcon. And in 2009 A medical equipment division was set up to provide orthopedic equipment to Khartoum’s hospitals. The range of extremely high-tech equipment helps supports and repairs bone injuries and weaknesses.

In 2010 DAL Medical becomes Sudan’s distributor for GlaxoSmithKline – one of the world’s leading research-based pharmaceutical and healthcare companies, and is also officially signed to Phillips (previously known as Avent which supplies baby products).
