The DAL Group Company Limited has received financing from Transition Support Facility and the African Development Bank (AfDB) and African Development Fund administrator of the funds toward the cost of the Technical Assistance and Capacity Building for DAL Group Company Limited Sudan Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this grant to payments under a consulting contract for the restatement of 2022 financial statements in accordance with IAS 29 – Financial Reporting in Hyperinflationary Economies.
The objective of the assignment is to support DAL Group in the preparation of IAS 29-compliant financial statements through the restatement of historical financial information for entities operating in a hyperinflationary economy and the preparation of corresponding consolidated financial results.

The DAL Group Company Limited now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may constitute joint-ventures to enhance their chances of qualification.
Eligibility criteria, establishment of the short-list and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the African Development Bank’s Procurement Policy for Bank Group Funded Operations, dated October 2015, which is available on the Bank’s website at
